Abstract

Pengaruh Iklim sekolah (School climate) dan Integritas (Integrity) terhadap Perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan (Citizenship behavior toward environment) Siswa : Studi Kausal terhadap SMA Negeri di Jawa Barat. Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. I Made Putrawan dan Drs. Refirman, Dj, M.Biomed Perusakan lingkungan semakin hari semakin marak terjadi, lingkungan yang rusak sebagian besar diakibatkan oleh ulah oknum tidak bertanggungjawab yang secara sadar merusak lingkungan. Permasalahan lingkungan ini akan terus terjadi apabila tidak didukung dengan kesadaran individu untuk menjaga lingkungan, dibutuhkan keselarasan antara manusia dengan alam agar lingkungan tetap terjaga dengan baik. Dalam hal ini pendidikan diyakini sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh menentukan perubahan perilaku manusia yang lebih rasional dalam menanggapi permasalahan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh iklim sekolah dan integritas terhadap perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 3 Bekasi pada semester ganjil tahun 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei melalui studi kausal dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen citizenship behavior toward environment 0.918, school climate sebesar 0.842, dan integrity sebesar 0.829 yang menandakan bahwa ketiga instrument dapat dipercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap integritas secara signifikan, integritas berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan secara signifikan, iklim sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan secara signifikan serta didapatkan hasil integritas baik sebagai variabel mediator antara iklim sekolah dan perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan pada siswa. Kata kunci : Analisis Jalur, Iklim sekolah, Integritas, Perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan, Siswa ****************************************** Environmental destruction is increasingly happening, the environment is damaged mostly due to the actions of irresponsible individuals who consciously damage the environment. This environmental problem will continue to occur if it is not supported by individual awareness to protect the environment, it requires harmony between humans and nature so that the environment is well preserved. In this case, education is believed to be the most influential factor in determining changes in human behavior that are more rational in responding to environmental problems. This study aims to determine the influence of school climate and integrity on environmental wise behavior. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Bekasi in the odd semester of 2020/2021. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed by path analysis. The results of the calculation of the reliability coefficient of the citizenship behavior toward the environment were 0.918, the school climate was 0.842, and the integrity was 0.829 which indicated that the three instruments could be trusted. The results showed that the school climate has a significant direct effect on integrity, integrity has a direct effect on wise behavior towards the environment significantly, the school climate has a direct effect on wise behavior towards the environment significantly and integrity results are obtained as a mediator variable between school climate and wise behavior towards the environment.
