Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan aspek penting yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan seseorang dan dapat membantu seseorang berpikir, bertindak, dan berperilaku. Tujuan pendidikan akan tercapai jika dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas terbentuk hubungan yang produktif antar siswa melalui perilaku bijak , salah satunya interpersonal citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran integritas sebagai mediasi antara kepribadian dengan interpersonal citizenship behavior selama proses pembelajaran biologi di kelas yang dianggap sulit bagi beberapa kalangan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey melalui studi kausal dengan melakukan survey terhadap 72 siswa SMAN 48 Jakarta yang menjadi sampel. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen interpersonal citizenship behavior sebesar 0,750, kepribadian sebesar 0,804, dan integritas sebesar 0,799 yang menandakan ketiga instrumen dapat dipercaya. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, hasil yang diperoleh bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh langsung terhadap integritas secara signifikan, integritas berpengaruh langsung terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior secara signifikan, personality berpengaruh langsung terhadap interpersonal citizenship behavior secara signifikan dan didapatkan hasil integritas dapat menjadi variabel mediasi antara kepribadian dan interpersonal citizenship behavior siswa. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan interpersonal citizenship behavior, perlu didukung oleh kepribadian dan integritas tiap siswa. Education is an important aspect that can increase one's knowledge and can help someone think, act, and behave. Educational goals will be achieved if in the learning process in the classroom productive relationships between students are through wise behavior, one of them is interpersonal citizenship behavior. This study aims to see the integrity of the role as a mediator between personality and interpersonal citizenship behavior during the learning process of biology in the classroom which is very difficult for some students. The method used is a survey method through a causal study by conducting a survey of 72 students of SMAN 48 Jakarta who were sampled. This research was conducted from August 2020 to January 2021.Then the data were analyzed using path analysis. The results the reliability coefficient of the interpersonal citizenship behavior is 0.750, personality is 0.804, and integrity is 0.799, which indicates that the three instruments can be trusted. Based on this research, it is found that personality directly affected integrity significantly, integrity directly affected interpersonal citizenship behavior significantly, personality directly affected interpersonal citizenship behavior significantly, and the result of integrity was a good mediated variable between personality and students’ interpersonal citizenship behavior.
