Abstract

Peneletian ini dilaksanakan di SD Al Azhar Syifa Budi Cibubur-Cileungsi, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi program cerdas istimewa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2020 hingga Desember 2020. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) perencanaan diawali dengan rapat kerja dan melakukan analisis kesiapan sekolah. Selanjutnya mempersiapkan guru program cerdas istimewa dan membentuk tim khusus program cerdas istimewa. Tim khusus menyusun model pembelaran dan melakukan studi banding ke sekolah. Tahap terakhir melakukan perizinan program cerdas istimewa. (2) pelaksanaan program cerdas istimewa dilakukan dengan tahapan seleksi dan penempatan peserta didik cerdas istimewa. Selanjutnya pembelajaran peserta didik cerdas istimewa menggunakan kelas inklusif dan memiliki kegiatan khusus untuk peserta didik cerdas istimewa. Kemudian guru menyusun strategi dan mendapatkan pelatihan. (3) evaluasi program cerdas istimewa dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Guru. Kepala Sekolah melakukan kegiatan evaluasi dengan melakukan supervisi dan memberikan penilaian kepada guru program cerdas istimewa. Guru melakukan kegiatan evaluasi dengan memberikan ujian dan melakukan penilaian kepada peserta didik cerdas istimewa. The research was conducted at SD Al Azhar Syifa Budi Cibubur-Cileungsi, which aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of special smart programs. This research was started on September 2020 to December 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data obtained comes from observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) planning begins with a work meeting and analyzes school readiness. Furthermore, preparing the gifted program teachers and forming a gifted programs team. The gifted progrmas team developed a learning model and conducted a study visit to school. The last stage is doing a gifted program licensing. (2) the gifted program is carried out by selecting and placing gifted students. Furthermore, the learning of special intelligent students uses inclusive classes and has special activities for special intelligent students. Then the teacher develops strategies and gets training. (3) gifted programs evaluation is carried out by the principal and teacher. The principal conducts evaluation activities by supervising and providing an assessment to the gifted programs teacher. The teacher conducts evaluation activities by giving exams and assessing to a gifted students.
