Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan program BK layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk mencegah perilaku agresif pada peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Labschool Cibubur. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Populasi pada penelitian adalah kelas tinggi SD Labschool Cibubur. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan instrumen perilaku agresif dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan uji validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi dengan hasil penilaian ahli materi sebesar 91,7% dan ahli media sebesar 87,5% yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil pengembangan buku panduan program BK layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk mencegah perilaku agresif pada peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Labschool Cibubur dikategorikan sangat layak. ************ This research aims to develop a manual book of the classical program guidance and counseling to prevent aggressive behavior in upscale category students of Labschool Cibubur elementary school. The method using is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The population in this research is upscale category Labschool Cibubur elementary school. Data collection tools use aggressive behavior instruments and interviews. This study conducted a validation test by media experts and material experts with the results of the evaluation of material experts by 91.7% and media experts by 87.5% which was included in the very feasible category. The result of the development of guidance and counseling manual book in classical program to prevent the level of aggressive behavior in upscale category students of Labschool Cibubur elementary school is categorized as very feasible.
