Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes di SDN Se-Kecamatan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes pada SDN Se-Kecamatang Menteng Jakarta Pusat Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021.Populasi penelitian adalah semua kepala sekolah di SDN Negeri se Kecamatan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 6 Dabin dengan jumlah Kepala Sekolah. Variabel penelitian dalam hal ini adalah persepsi kepala sekolah sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja guru penjasorkes sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode angket berbentuk tertutup berjumlah 81 butir pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes di wilayah Kecamatan Pemalang Kabupaten Pemalang kategori sangat baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis tiap responden berdasarkan kompetensi-kompetensi guru, yaitu kompetensi kepribadian sebagai pendidik dinyatakan baik, kompetensi pedagogik dikatakan baik, kompetensi profesional dikatakan baik, dan kompetensi sosial juga dinyatakan baik. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes di Kecamatan Menten Jakarta Pusat termasuk sangat baik. Untuk itu disarankan guru penjasorkes untuk pertahankan persepsi itu dengan meningkatkan kompetensi yang ada dan tidak lupa terus intropeksi diri terhadap pembelajaran yang sudah dilakukan. The research objective was to see how the principal's perception of the performance of physical education teachers at SDN Kecamatang Menteng, Central Jakarta, Academic Year 2020/2021. The research population was all school principals in SDN Negeri in Menteng District, Central Jakarta. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a sample of 6 Dabins with the number of school principals. The research variable in this independent case is the principal's perception as a variable and physical education teacher performance as the dependent variable. The data collection method used the documentation method and the blind questionnaire method with 81 questions. The results of the research on the perceptions of school principals on the performance of physical education teachers in the Pemalang Subdistrict, Pemalang Regency were very good. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis of each respondent based on teacher competencies, namely personality competence as an educator is declared good, pedagogical competence is said to be good, professional competence is said to be good, and social competence is also declared good. From the results of the study revealed that the principal's perception of the performance of Physical Education teachers in Menten District, Central Jakarta, was very good. For this reason, the request of the Physical Education teacher to maintain that perception by increasing existing competencies and not forgetting to continue to self-reflect on the learning that has been done.
