Abstract

ABSTRAK Social Responsbility pimpinan tingkat desa di kabupaten Bogor, khususnya kecamatan Sukajaya dan Cigudeg masih rendah. Hal ini terlihat ketika peristiwa bencana banjir dan tanah longsor bulan Januari 2020 para pemimpin tersebut kurang merespon dengan cepat terkait dengan kegiatan recovery (pemulihan) desa, sehingga pemulihan kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan cenderung bergerak lambat dan menunggu keterlibatan pemerintah. Untuk memulihkan kembali kondisi di dua kecamatan tersebut perlu melibatkan para relawan/volunteer secara menyeluruh terkait dengan recovery pedesaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif, kemampuan komunikasi, social skill, dan trust terhadap social responsibility para pemimpin tingkat desa di Kecamatan Sukajaya dan Kecamatan Cigudeg, Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model path analysis. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan mengambil secara acak. Masing-masing 50 sampel responden di Kecamatan Sukajaya dan di Kecamatan Cigudeg. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan software SPSS. Kemampuan komunikasi dapat ditingkatkan dengan merespon percakapan masyarakat, menyampaikan informasi yang benar, mengungkapkan hal yang akan dikerjakan dan sedang dikerjakan. Para pimpinan di desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan trust dengan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat, mampu mengatur secara produktif situasi di desa, melalui keterbukaan, berbagi informasi dan memberi dukungan, kepercayaan pada masyarakat. Percaya bahwa masyarakat mampu produktif di desa, berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan sumber daya yang ada, bekerja bersama dengan pimpinan desa untuk mencapai tujuan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Kemampuan Komunikasi, Social skill, Trust, Social Responsibility ABSTRACT The Social Responsibility that leaders in the village level in Bogor district, especially Sukajaya and Cigudeg districts is still low. This can be seen when the floods and landslides in January 2020 did not respond quickly to village recovery activities, so that the recovery of social activities tends to move slowly and wait for government involvement. To restore conditions in the two districts, it is necessary to involve volunteers/volunteers as a whole related to rural recovery. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of participatory leadership, communication skills, social skills, and trust on the social responsibility that leaders in the village level in Sukajaya District dan Cigudeg District Bogor Regency, West Java Province. This research method uses a quantitative approach using the path analysis model. The sample of this study was 100 respondents by taking randomly. Each of the 50 samples of respondents in Sukajaya District and in Cigudeg District. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. In this study using path analysis with SPSS software. Communication skills can be improved by responding to community conversations, conveying correct information, disclosing what will be done and what is being done. It is hoped that leaders in the village level can increase trust by building community trust, being able to manage productively the situation in the village, through openness, sharing information and providing support and trust in the community. Believe that the community is able to be productive in the village, participate in developing existing resources, work together with village leaders to achieve goals.
