Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk merancang variasi-variasi latihan pada penjaga gawang serta memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan teknik bagi penjaga gawang futsal, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di akademi Futsal Lima pada bulan Oktober 2020 – Januari 2021. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan mengkategorikan sampel yang terdiri dari pemain yang berposisi sebagai penjaga gawang dan termasuk kedalam U-20 putra. Data diperoleh dari hasil tes uji validasi variasi latihan pada penjaga gawang dengan ahlinya. Pengembangan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap persiapan dengan melakukan pada penjaga gawang futsal, merancang model, dan validitas ahli. Produk penelitian ini berupa sebuah video variasi latihan penjaga gawang futsal yang dikemas dalam bentuk CD. Produk divalidasi oleh pelatih penjaga gawang futsal yang mempunyai lisensi AFC Goalkeeper Level 1. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan 20 (dua puluh) produk pengembangan model latihan pada penjaga gawang futsal. This study aims to design a variety of exercises for goalkeepers and provide technical insights and skills for futsal goalkeepers, using Research and Development methods. This research was conducted at Futsal Lima academy in October 2020 - January 2021. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, by categorizing the sample consisting of players who are positioned as goalkeepers and are included in the men's U-20 team. The data were obtained from the results of the validation test of training variations on the futsal goalkeeper with the experts. The development process is carried out through several stages of preparation, consisting of preparation of the futsal goalkeeper, designing a model, and expert validity. The product of this research is a video of a variety of futsal goalkeeping training which is packaged on a CD. The product was validated by a futsal goalkeeping coach who has an AFC Goalkeeper Level 1 license. Based on the results of research and development (Research and Development), it can be concluded that this study succeeded in developing 20 (twenty) development products for various training model in futsal goalkeepers.
