Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dan kecepatan terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada Atlet Atletik Kelas Olahraga Kota Depok. Penelitian pada tanggal 11 Desember 2020 di Lapangan SMPN 11 Depok. Sampel 22 orang populasi 62 orang yang sebagai siswa olahrag,a dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Analisis data teknik korelasi sederhana dan berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian diperoleh hasil sbb : (1) terdapat hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.7 termasuk kategori berkorelasi kuat, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50% yang artinya sebanyak 50% hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dipengaruhi oleh daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) terdapat hubungan kecepatan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.6 termasuk ke dalam kategori berkorelasi kuat, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 37% yang artinya sebanyak 37% hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan, (3) terdapat hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dan kecepatan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.7 dan termasuk kategori berkorelasi sangat kuat, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51% yang artinya sebanyak 51% hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dipengaruhi oleh daya ledak otot tungkai dan kecepatan. Kata kunci: daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan, lompat jauh gaya jongkok This study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle explosive power and speed on the long jump result of squatting style in athletic athletes in Depok City Sports Class. Research on December 11, 2020 in the Field of SMPN 11 Depok. The sample was 22 people, population 62 people who were sports students with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using simple and multiple correlation techniques. Based on the analysis of the research data, the following results were obtained: (1) there is a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the long jump result of the squatting force with a correlation coefficient value of 0.7, which is a strongly correlated category, with a determination coefficient of 50%, which means as much as 50% of the long jump force results. Squatting is influenced by the explosive power of the leg muscles, (2) there is a relationship between the speed and the long jump result of the squatting force with a correlation coefficient value of 0.6 which is included in the strongly correlated category, with a determination coefficient value of 37% which means as much as 37% of the squat style long jump influenced by speed, (3) there is a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and speed with the long jump result of the squatting force with a correlation coefficient value of 0.7 and it is a very strongly correlated category, with a determination coefficient value of 51% which means as much as 51% of long jump forces. squat is influenced by the power of leg muscles and k speed.
