Abstract

Berdasarkan Penelitian Tindakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan hasil passing melalui penarapan variasi latihan games situation pada permainan futsal di ektrakurikuler putri SMP Negeri 2 Gantar. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Gantar Kab. Indramayu yang terdiri dari kelas 7, 8 dan 9. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan keadaan siswi putri pada ekstrakurikuler futsal yang belum sepenuhnya menguasai keterampilan passing dikarenakan program latihan yang belum sepenuhnya berjalan secara maksimal dan belum adanya penerapan variasi latihan yang dapat menarik minat serta keinginan siswi putri untuk berlatih dengan sungguh-sungguh. Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang tiap siklusya terdiri dari 3 tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dalam setiap latihan peneliti menjelaskan mengenai variasi latihan games situation yang terdiri dari fase awalan, pelaksanaan dan penutup kemudian masing-masing siswi diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya dan mencobanya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar tes hasil passing yang terdiri dari lembar observasi pelaksanaan tindakan, data hasil pre tes passing dan postes passing, serta tabel hasil penilaian kelompok. Teknik pengolahan data dan pengumpulan data berdasarkan dari data yang didapatkan pada instrument tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil passing melalui variasi latihan games situation ternyata dapat meningkatkan hasil passing siswi putri SMP Negeri 2 Gantar dibandingkan dengan kegiatan latihan sebelum dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan (action research). Setelah diadakan penelitian tindakan melalui penerapan variasi latihan games situation ada peningkatan yang baik. Siklus I 40%, dan siklus II sebesar 80%. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 16 (kurang), dan siklus II sebesar 80 (cukup baik). Based on this action research, the objective of this research is to improve the skills of passing results through the expectation of a variety of games situation exercises in futsal games in female extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Gantar. Classroom action research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Gantar Kab. Indramayu which consists of grades 7, 8 and 9. This research is motivated by the situation of female students in futsal extracurricular activities who have not fully mastered passing skills due to the training program that has not fully run optimally and there has been no application of various exercises that can attract students' interest and desire daughter to practice in earnest. This action research was carried out in 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 3 stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. In each exercise, the researcher explains about the variations of the games situation practice, which consists of the initial, implementation and closing phases, then each student is given the opportunity to ask questions and try them. The instrument used in this study was a passing result test sheet consisting of action implementation observation sheets, pre-test passing and post-test result data, and group assessment results tables. Data processing techniques and data collection are based on the data obtained on the instrument. The results showed that the results of passing through a variety of games situation exercises were able to improve the passing results of female students of SMP Negeri 2 Gantar compared to training activities before the implementation of action research. After an action research was conducted through the application of a variety of games, the situation increased. The first cycle is 40%, and the second cycle is 80%. The average value obtained has increased in cycle I by 16 (less), and cycle II by 80 (good enough).
