Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh olahraga pada pagi hari dengan malam hari terhadap penurunan gula darah pada anggota Karisma Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2020 yang bertempat di Kampus B Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pre Test and Post Test Design. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan Total Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Pengambilan data diawali dengan memberikan asupan kepada sampel saat 2 jam sebelum melakukan penelitian. Kemudian masing-masing sampel melakukan pengukuran gula darah sebelum dan sesudah melakukan joging selama 30 menit. Data penurunan gula darah didapat dari selisih nilai gula darah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Uji-t dengan taraf signifikasi 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: pertama, terdapat penurunan gula darah pada olahraga pagi hari dengan rata-rata 33.13 mg/dl. Kedua, terdapat penurunan gula darah pada olahraga malam hari dengan rata-rata 31.70 mg/dl. Ketiga, diperoleh Mean of Different 1.433 mg/dl, nilai t-hitung 0.656 dan nilai t- tabel 2.045, yang berarti bahwa (t-hitung < t-tabel) tidak terdapat perbedaan penurunan guladarah antara olahraga pagi hari dengan malam hari. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of exercise in the morning and at night on reducing blood sugar among members of the Karisma Faculty of Sport Sciences, State University of Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in December 2020 at Campus B, Jakarta State University. Experimental research method with research design One Group Pre Test and Post Test Design. The process of collecting data using total sampling with a sample size of 30 people. Data collection begins with providing input to the sample 2 hours before conducting the study. Then each sample measured blood sugar before and after jogging for 30 minutes. Blood sugar reduction data obtained from the difference in blood sugar values before and after treatment. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study is to use the t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed: first, there was a decrease in blood sugar in morning exercise with an average of 33.13 mg / dl. Second, there is a decrease in blood sugar at night sports by an average of 31.70 mg / dl. Third, the mean of different obtained was 1.433 mg / dl, the t-count value was 0.656 and the t-table value was 2.045, which means that (t-count <t-table) there was no difference in the decrease in blood sugar between morning and evening exercise.
