Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas tutor dalam mengelola pembelajaran di lembaga bimbingan belajar Cerdas Ceria serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang ditemukan selama tutor mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tutor sudah menjalankan tugasnya dalam mengajar dengan baik. Tugas tutor yang dilakukan dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran diantaranya meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evalusi. Pada tahap evaluasi, tutor tidak melakukan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung selama tutor menjalankan tugasnya dalam mengajar adalah kepemimpinan kepala bimbingan belajar, dukungan dari masyarakat setempat, dukungan dari sesama rekan tutor, kepercayaan orang tua siswa, dan banyaknya sumber belajar sepeti buku paket. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah pendidikan terakhir tutor yang tidak sesuai, kesulitan dalam memahami beberapa mata pelajaran, fasilitas yang ada di lembaga bimbingan belajar. Kata kunci : Tugas Tutor, Pembelajaran, Bimbingan Belajar ************* This study aims to determine the task of the tutor in managing learning at the CerdasCeria tutoring institution as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors found during the tutor's teaching in the learning process. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews,and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the tutors have carried out their duties in teaching well. The tutor's duties carried out in the learning process include the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Atthe evaluation stage, the tutor does not evaluate.This can be used as an evaluation for the future so that tutors can provide a thorough assessment. Supporting factors during the tutor's duties in teaching are the leadership of the head of tutoring, support from the local community, support from fellow tutors, the trust of parents of students, and the number of learning resources such as textbooks. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the unsuitable tutor's latest education, difficulty in understanding some subjects, the existing facilities in the tutoring institution.
