Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran resiliensi pada atlet yang mengalami cedera. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 orang atlet. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada atlet Renang yang mengalami cedera di Univeristas Negeri Jakarta. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan resiliensi pada atlet yang mengalami cedera. This study was conducted to determine the description of resilience in athletes with injuries. The sample used in this study amounted to 24 athletes. Sampling using purposive sampling technique on swimming athletes who suffered injuries at the State University of Jakarta. The hypothesis in this study is that there are differences in the resilience of athletes who have been injured.
