Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan perusahaan startup perdagangan di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan terhitung Juni 2020 sampai Desember 2020, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survery. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan startup perdagangan di Jakarta selatan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 159 orang karyawan dengan Teknik regresi liner berganda. Data variable Y (Organizational citiznehsip behavior), X1 (Kepemimpinan Transformasional), X2 (Komitmen Organisasional). Merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25.0 dengan hasil uji F dalam tabel anova menghasilkan F hitung (45,463) > F tabel (3,05), hal ini berarti secara serentak X1 dan X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y. Uji t menghasilkan t hitung X1 (2,787) > t tabel (1,65462), dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpnan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kemudian, t hitung X2 (5,969) > t tabel (1,65264), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data didapatkan memiliki persamaan regresi berganda Ŷ = 40,319 + 0,360 X1 + 0,721 X2. Uji Koefisien determinasi (R ) sebesar 0,368 yang berarti Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasional (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) sebesar 36,8% 2 This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of Trading Startup Companies in South Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months from June 2020 to December 2020. The research method used was the survey method. The study population was all employees of trade startups in South Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 159 employees with multiple linear regression techniques. Data variable Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior), X1 (Transformational Leadership), X2 (Organizational Commitment). Is primary data using a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 25.0 with the results of the F test in the ANOVA table resulting in F count (45.463) > F table (3.05), this means simultaneously X1 and X2 affect Y. T-test produces t count X1 (2.787) > t table (1.65462), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Then, t calculate X2 (5.969) > t table (1.65264), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on the results of data analysis, it is found that the multiple regression equation has Ŷ = 40.319 + 0.360 X1 + 0.721 X2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.368 which means Transformational Leadership (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) by 36.8%
