Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperlajari Pengaruh Kepribadian dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) guru di Yayasan Tarakanita Wilayah Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 200 guru di Yayasan Tarakanita Wilayah Tangerang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kepribadian beperngaruh langsung terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) guru di Yayasan Tarakanita Wilayah Tangerang, (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) guru di Yayasan Tarakanita Wilayah Tangerang, (3) kperibadian berpengaruh langsung terhadap iklim organisasi guru di Yayasan Tarakanita Wilayah Tangerang. Dengan demikian peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) diraih dengan baik apabila adanya pengaruh kuat kepribadian dan iklim organisasi yang terbina dengan baik. The aims of this study was to study the influence of personality and organizational climate on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of teacher at the Tarakanita Foundation, Tangerang region. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of this research is 200 teachers at the Tarakanita Foundation, Tangerang Region. The results of this study indicate that; (1) personality has a direct effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teachers at the Tangerang Region Tarakanita Foundation, (2) the organizational climate has a direct effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the Teachers at the Tarakanita Foundation in the Tangerang Region, (3) personality has a direct effect on climate Teachers organization at the Tangerang Region Tarakanita Foundation. Thus, the increase in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is achieved well if there is a strong influence of personality and a well-developed organizational climate.
