Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru penjas pada masa pandemic covid-19 di sekolah dasar kecamatan parungpanjang Kab.Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian evaluasi dengan model stufflebeam CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product). Adapun subyek dari penelitian ini adalah guru – guru penjas SD di Kabupaten Bogor. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengevaluasi kinerja guru penjas pada masa pandemic covid-19 di sekolah dasar kecamatan parungpanjang Kab.Bogor.berada pada kategori baik dengan rata – rata 90,92% dan berada pada kategori baik. Komponen konteks diperoleh hasil 95.90% dengan kategori baik sekali, untuk komponen input diperoleh hasil 85,90% dengan kategori baik sekali, komponen proses diperoleh hasil 93,71% dengan kategori baik dan komponen produk diperoleh hasil 88.18% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan guru penjas lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam membuat metode – metode pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan pembelajaran. This study aims to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers SDduring the covid-pandemicin BogorDistrict. The research method used is the evaluation research method with the CIPP stufflebeam model (Context, Input, Process and Product). The subjects of this study were physical education teachersSMPin Garut Regency. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the following steps: 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) drawing conclusions using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the performance of Physical Education teachersin during the covid-pandemicin BogorDistrict was in the good category with an average of 90,92 % and was in the good category. Context component obtained 95,90% results with very good categories, for the input components obtained 85.90% results with very good categories, the process components obtained 93,71% results with good categories and product components obtained 88.18% results with good categories. Based on the research results, it is hoped that Physical Education teachers will be more creative and innovative in making learning methods that are tailored to the learning objectives
