Abstract

ABSTRACT Research on School Management at Bogor Vocational High Schools (SMAKBO), aims to determine the extent of the quality of education, especially in the regions, because schools and communities do not need to wait for orders from the center, but can develop an educational vision that is in accordance with local conditions and implement the vision of education. independently, effectively and efficiently in accordance with the POAC management function which is implemented into school management. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study are that the SMK-SMAKBogor get the predicate of being superior in assessing school accreditation because their management is above the average standard set by the government. With qualified school management and supporting learning activities, this is reflected in the graduates who are 95% absorbed by the industry. Keywords : School of management, POAC, Management function, SMAKBO. ************* ABSTRAK Penelitian tentang Manajemen Sekolah di SMK-SMAK Bogor (SMAKBO), bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas pendidikan terutama di daerah, karena sekolah dan masyarakat tidak perlu menunggu perintah dari pusat, tetapi dapat mengembangkan suatu visi pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kondisi daerah dan melaksanakan visi pendidikan secara mandiri, efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen POAC yang diimplementasikan kedalam manajemen sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunaka metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah SMK-SMAK Bogor mendapat predikat unggul dalam penilain Akreditasi sekolah karena pengelolaannya yang diatas rata-rata standar yang di tetapkan oleh pemerintah. Dengan manajemen sekolah yang mumpuni dan menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga tercermin dari lulusan yang 95% terserap oleh industri. Kata-kata Kunci: Manajemen Sekolah, POAC, Fungsi Manajemen, SMAKBO.
