Abstract

Dalam lingkungan yang makin dinamis dan kompetitif organisasi beroperasi, Organizational citizenhip behavior (OCB) kontribusi bagi berfungsinya organisasi secara efektif. Peran OCB guru pendamping khusus (GPK) penting bagi pendidikan inklusi. Pendidikan inklusif adalah pendidikan yang menggabungkan layanan yang ada seperti di sekolah luar biasa dengan pendidikan reguler dalam satu sistem pendidikan atau memberi tempat untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di sekolah biasa. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pengaruh kepemimpinan, emotional intelligence, stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organization citizenship behavior. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel 113 Guru Pendamping Khusus pada SMP Inklusi di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan, emotional intelligence, dan kepuasan kerja signifikan terhadap organization citizenship behavior, namun pengaruh stress kerja negatif dan signifikan. Kepemimpinan, emotional intelligence berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap dan kepuasan kerja, namun pengaruh stress kerja berdampak negative dan signifikan. Dari hasil tes sobel terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan, dan emotional intelligence positif pada organization citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja, tetapi pengaruh stress kerja menunjukkan negatif terhadap organization citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini berimplikasi dalam rangka membantu pimpinan dan pembuat kebijakan GPK di SMP Inklusi Jawa Barat untuk mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kepemimpinan, emotional intelligence, stress kerja, kepuasan kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap organization citizenship behavior Kata kunci: Guru pendamping khusus, emotional intelligence,kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, organization citizenship behavior, stress kerja ********** In an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment where organizations operate, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) contributes to the effective functioning of the organization. OCB's role as a special chaperone teacher (GPK) is important for inclusive education. Inclusive education is education that combines existing services, such as special schools with regular education, in an educational system or that provides a place for children with special needs (ABK) in mainstream schools. This study examines the influence of leadership, emotional intelligence, job stress and job satisfaction on the citizenship behavior of the organization. The research method is quantitative by using a questionnaire with a sample of 113 special assistance teachers in inclusion high schools in West Java. The results showed that the influence of leadership, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction is significant in the citizenship behavior of the organization, but the effect of job stress is negative and significant. Leadership, emotional intelligence have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, but the effect of job stress has a negative and significant impact. From the results of the sobel test, there is a relationship between leadership and positive emotional intelligence in the citizenship behavior of the organization through job satisfaction, but the effect of job stress is negatively shown in the behavior of citizenship of the organization through job satisfaction. This research has implications for helping GPK leaders and SMP Inclusi West Java policy makers develop a better understanding of leadership, emotional intelligence, job stress, job satisfaction, and their effects on civic behavior in the organization.
