Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan quality of work life dengan agilitas organisasi. Disamping itu untuk menganalisis apakah work engagement dapat memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan agilitas organisasi, budaya organisasi dengan agilitas organisasi, dan quality of work life dengan agilitas organisasi Data penelitian merupakan data karyawan millenial di Perusahaan Modal Asing (PMA) Jepang di Jawa Barat dengan data primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang dipublikasi oleh dinas tenaga kerja dan Badan Pusat Statistik Pemerintah Indonesia. Sampel penelitian adalah 380 karyawan millenial PMA Jepang di Jawa Barat. Metode menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Analisis Structural Equation Modelling untuk mengetahui efek langsung dari kepemimpinan transformasional dengan agilitas organisasi, budaya organisasi dengan agilitas organisasi, quality of work life dengan agilitas organisasi dan efek tidak langsung work engagement terhadap agilitas organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, quality of worklife berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi melalui work engagement sebagai mediasi. Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap agilitas organisasi melalui work engagement. Implikasi bagi perusahaan yaitu mempertahankan indikator idealized influence pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional. Rekomendasikan yang dapat diberikan untuk perusahaan yaitu meningkatkan indikator individualized consideration pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional supaya mampu berkompetisi pada dunia bisnis yang cepat berubah.********The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and quality of work life with organizational agility. In addition, to analyze whether work engagement can mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational agility, organizational culture and organizational agility, and quality of work life with organizational agility. The research data is data on millennial employees at Japanese Foreign Capital Companies (PMA) in West Java with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the labor office and the Indonesian Government's Central Bureau of Statistics. The research sample was 380 millennial Japanese PMA employees in West Java. The method uses correlation and regression analysis to determine the relationship between variables. Structural Equation Modeling Analysis to determine the direct effect of transformational leadership with organizational agility, organizational culture with organizational agility, quality of work life with organizational agility and the indirect effect of work engagement on organizational agility. The results of this study, namely transformational leadership, organizational culture, and quality of work life, have a positive and significant effect on organizational agility through work engagement as mediation.Transformational leadership has the greatest influence on organizational agility through work engagement. The implication for the company is to maintain the idealized influence indicator on transformational leadership variables. Recommendations that can be given to the company are increasing theindicators individualized consideration in the transformational leadership variable so that they are able to compete in the fast-changing business world.
