Abstract

The study aims to obtain empirical data about the differences of the head master trust between by the organizational culture high and organization culture low. there are interaction between organization culture and personality towards trust. on the group of the positive personality the head master trust is higher on organization culture high than organization culture low. on the group of the negative personality the head maste trust is lower on organization culture. The research method uses ex post facto. the sampel are 52 respondents taken by multistage random sampling. the data collected through questionnaire had been tried out on validity and reliability. the analyzed data used ANAVA two ways. before being analyzed, the data are tested by their normality and homogeneity. The result of this study, has showed that there are the differences the master head trust between by the organization culture high and low, there are interaction between organization culture and personality toward trust, on the group of the high personality, the master head trust is higher on organization culture high than lower, one the group of the personality, the master head is lower organization high than low.
