Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information the correlation between of clarity of roles and individual competency with performance of the teacher elementary school cluster XIII sub-district Koja. The approach used was quantitative by survey method in elementary school cluster XIII in sub-district Koja. The sample collect from 52 teacher of elementary school who obtained with random technique, through an instrument that has been validated a questionnaire using scale Likert 1-5. Then the data were analyzed by using regression. The research findings are: (1) there is correlation clarity of roles with performance; (2) there is a correlation individual competency with performance; (3) there is correlation clarity of roles and individual competencies with performance. The result of the research implied that in the clarity of roles, the individual competency, and the quality of Performance.
