Abstract
Panduan pelatihan emosional literasi pada remaja yang mengalami emotional abuse dalam pengasuhan dibuat berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan dan sebaran data hasil instrumen emotional abuse dalam pengasuhan yang dilakukan kepada siswa kelas IX SMP Labschool Jakarta ditemukan bahwa 11,25% (9 siswa dari 80 responden) siswa-siswi kelas 9 SMP Labschool Jakarta yang mengalami emotional abuse dalam pengasuhan dengan katergori tinggi. 43,75% (35 siswa dari 80 orang responden) dalam kategori sedang dan 45% (36 siswa dari 80 responden) dalam kategori rendah. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil penyebaran instrumen emotional awareness questionnaire untuk mengukur literasi emosi didapatkan hasil 19,48% (15 siswa dari 77 responden) memiliki literasi emosi dalam kategori rendah. Panduan pelatihan ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Design-Based Research (DBR) dibagi menjadi tiga tahap utama, yaitu analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan konstruksi, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan penilian media layak dengan tingkat persentase 76,25%, dan penilaian materi layak dengan persentase 80,55%, sehingga tepat digunakan untuk membantu guru BK mengatasi isu emotional abuse dalam pengasuhan. Kata kunci: Kekeraan emosional dalam pengasuhan, remaja, emosional literasi, panduan pelatihan. ********* Emotional literacy training guidance for adolescents who experience emotional abuse in parenting are made based on the results of preliminary studies that has been done and diffusion of data on the results of emotional abuse instruments in parenting for class IX students of SMP Labschool Jakarta, it was found that 11,25% (9 students of 80 respondents) experienced emotional abuse in high-category, 43,75% (35 students of 80 respondents) in the medium category and 45%% (36 students from 90 respondents) in the low category. In addition, based on the results diffusion of emotional awareness questionnaire to measure emotional literacy, it was found that 19.48% (15 students out of 77 respondents) had low emotional literacy.This training guidance was developed using the Design-Based Research (DBR) method which is divided into three main stages, namely analysis and exploration, design and construction, and evaluation and reflection. Based on the assessment of feasible media with a percentage level of 76.25%, and assessment of appropriate material with a percentage of 80.55%, so it is appropriate to use it to help counselor overcome the issue of emotional abuse in parenting.
