Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis muatan nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam buku teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan kelas IX SMP. Maka, buku teks PPKn SMP kelas IX memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran peserta didik di sekolah dan buku teks tersebut memiliki adanya muatan nilai karakter yang tersebar melalui bab dan subbab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten. Sumber data primer yakni buku teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan kelas IX SMP edisi revisi 2018. Unit analisis penelitian ini muatan kerangka nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang tersebar dalam semua bagian bab dan subbab buku teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan kelas IX SMP. Pengumpulan data tersebut diidentifikasi dan dianalisis dalam kerangka muatan nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang ada di dalam buku teks. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui validitas semantik, reliabilitas inter-rater, dan expert review. Temuan penelitian ini bahwa nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila teridentifikasi pada bagian pendahuluan, bagian inti, dan bagian penutup. Secara rinci nilai tersebut terpetakan muncul pada kalimat motivasi, tujuan pembelajaran, uraian materi pembelajaran, info kewarganegaraan, tugas kelompok, dan tugas mandiri. Sementara itu, di bagian penutup nilai karakter ada pada refleksi, penilaian sikap, proyek kewarganegaraan, dan uji kompetensi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara umum buku teks ini telah memuat muatan nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang mendukung terwujudnya Profil Pelajar Pancasila meskipun perlu terus dikembangkan dilengkapi dipertajam pada setiap materi pembelajarannya dengan berbagai pendekatan. The purpose of this study was to map and analyze the character values of the Pancasila Student Profile in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education textbooks for Junior High Schools class IX. Thus, class IX Junior High School Pancasila and Civic Education textbooks has an important role in the implementation of student learning in schools and the textbook has a content of character values that are spread through chapters and sub-chapters. This research uses qualitative approach with content analysis method. Primary data sources namely the Pancasila and Citizenship Education textbook for class IX Junior High School revised edition 2018. The unit of analysis of this research contains a framework of character values for the Pancasila Student Profile which is spread out in all chapters and subsections of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education textbook for class IX Junior High School. The data collection is identified and analyzed in terms of the content of the Pancasila Student Profile character values contained in the textbook. Check the validity of the data through semantic validity, inter-rater reliability, and expert review. The findings of this study that the character values of the Pancasila Student Profile are identified in the introduction, core, and closing sections. In detail, these values are mapped to appear in motivational sentences, learning objectives, learning material descriptions, citizenship information, group assignments and independent assignments. Meanwhile, in the closing section the character values are in reflection, attitude assessment, citizenship projects and competency tests. This conclusion research is, in general this textbook contains the character values of the Pancasila Student Profile that support the realization of the Pancasila Student Profile, although it needs to be developed and complemented by sharpening each learning material with various approaches.
