Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menguji pengaruh positif dan signifikan Brand Image terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada pengguna Food Delivery, 2) Untuk menguji pengaruh positif dan signifikan Trust terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada pengguna Food Delivery, 3) Untuk menguji pengaruh positif dan signifikan Perceived Value terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada pengguna Food Delivery, 4) Untuk menguji pengaruh positif dan signifikan Customer Satisfaction terhadap Customer Loyalty pada pengguna Food Delivery, 5) Untuk menguji pengaruh positif signifikan Customer Satisfcation terhadap Repurchase Intention pada pengguna Food Delivery. Objek penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument berupa kuesioner. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang telah menggunakan aplikasi food delivery. Analisa data dalam peneltian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan SEM dengan program AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dan customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. ********* This study aims to: 1) To test the positive and significant influence of Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction on Food Delivery users, 2) To test the positive and significant influence of Trust on Customer Satisfaction on Food Delivery users, 3) To test the positive and significant influence of Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction on Food Delivery users, 4) To test the positive and significant influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty on Food Delivery users, 5) To test the significant positive influence of Customer Satisfcation on Repurchase Intention on Food Delivery users. The research object uses survey method with instrument in the form of questionnaire. The number of respondents to this study is 200 respondents who have used the food delivery application. Analyze the data in this research using SPSS version 26 and SEM with AMOS version 24 programs. The results of this study showed that brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention.
