Abstract
Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui motif seperti apa yang pada akhirnya membuat siswa/i Rohis SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta melakukan hijrah dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mereka memahami sebuah makna simbol hijra melalui cara berpakaian, interaksi sosial, dan juga media sosial. Simbol hijrah menjadi sebuah gejala yang semakin membesar di kalangan masyarakat terutama kalangan remaja muslim. Gerakan ini merupakan gerakan keagaaman yang banyak diiringi oleh sekelompok pemuda muslim yang bangki dan ikut serta menyebarkan nilai ajaran islam. Bagi sekelompok remaja perempuan, kata hijrah selalu ditautkan dengan berubahnya cara berpakaian yang lebih tertutup dan islami. Namun hijrah tidak hanya dapat dilihat dalam penampilan fisik semata saja, banyak siswa laki-laki yang tidak memperlihatkan perubahan yang drastis, khususnya siswa/I di SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta yang mengikuti organisasi rohis (rohani islam). Pengaruhnya, makna sebuah hijrah tidak lebih hanya definisi dari tindakan simbolik yang diberi ciri sebuah tanda yang berbau keagamaan. Langkah berhijrah seringkali menunjukkan keinginan untuk diakui atau narsisme. Teori dan konsep yang digunakan dalam analisa penelitian yaitu interaksionisme simbolik, hijrah dalam perspektif agama, hijrah kontemporer, dan motif hijrah. Dalam proses pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisis data menurut Miles & Huberman melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu redukasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini akan membahas motif siswa untuk berhijrah dan bagaimana mereka memaknai simbol hijrah Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap siswa/i SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta secara online. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan mereka memiliki pemahaman bahwa hijrah sebagai sarana memperbaiki dirinya sendiri untuk lebih sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dan simbol hijrah yang paling menonjol di kalangan siswa/I rohis SMKN 46 Jakarta yaitu simbol hijrah melalui cara berpakaian. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan adanya makna dari simbol hijrah di dalam beberapa pola interaksi yang terjadi seperti dalam interaksi antar keluarga, teman, komunitas, dan lawan jenis. This study aims to find out what kind of motives ultimately make Rohis students at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta do hijrah and to find out how they understand the meaning of the hijra symbol through how to dress, social interaction, and also social media. The symbol of hijrah has become a symptom that is getting bigger among the community, especially among Muslim teenagers. This movement is a religious movement which is often accompanied by a group of Muslim youths who rise up and participate in spreading the values of Islamic teachings. For a group of young women, the word hijrah is always associated with a change in the way of dressing that is more closed and Islamic. However, hijrah is not only seen in physical appearance alone, many male students do not show drastic changes, especially students at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta who follow a spiritual organization (Islamic spirituality). In effect, the meaning of a hijrah is nothing more than a definition of a symbolic act characterized by a religious sign. The move to emigrate often indicates a desire for recognition or narcissism. Theories and concepts used in the research analysis are symbolic interactionism, hijrah from a religious perspective, contemporary hijrah, and hijrah motifs. In the process of implementing this research using qualitative methods with case study types and data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. In analyzing the data in this study, researchers used data analysis according to Miles & Huberman through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This study will discuss the motives of students to emigrate and how they interpret the symbol of hijrah. This research was conducted on online students of SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that they have an understanding that hijrah is a means of improving themselves to be more in line with Islamic teachings and the most prominent symbol of hijrah among students/I rohis of SMKN 46 Jakarta is the symbol of hijrah through how to dress. The results of the study also found the meaning of the hijrah symbol in several patterns of interaction that occurred such as in interactions between family, friends, communities , and the opposite sex.
