Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui hubungan panjang tungkai terhadap dayatahan kecepatan ( lari 300 meter), hubungan power tungkai terhadap dayatahan kecepatan (lari 300 meter) dan hubungan panjang tungkai dan power tungkai terhadap dayatahan kecepatan (lari 300 meter) pada atlet program akselerasi terpadu KONI kota Depok. Penelitian ini dimulai pada tanggal 10 – 28 April 2021 di KONI. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 26 orang dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 107 orang yang terdaftar sebagai atlet program akselerasi terpadu KONI kota Depok dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi sederhana dan berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat hubungan panjang tungkai dengan dayatahan kecepatan (lari 300 meter) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.27 dan termasuk ke dalam kategori berkorelasi rendah, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 7% yang artinya sebanyak 7% hasil lari 300 meter dipengaruhi oleh panjang tungkai, (2) terdapat hubungan power tungkai dengan hasil lari 300 meter dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.66 dan termasuk ke dalam kategori berkorelasi kuat, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43% yang artinya sebanyak 43% dayatahan kecepatan (lari 300 meter) dipengaruhi oleh daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) terdapat hubungan panjang tungkai dan power tungkai dengan hasil lari 300 meter dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.76 dan termasuk ke dalam kategori berkorelasi kuat, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57% yang artinya sebanyak 57% dayatahan kecepatan (lari 300 meter) dipengaruhi oleh panjang tungkai dan power tungkai. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara panjang tungkai dan power tungkai dengan dayatahan kecepetan lari 300 meter pada atlet program akselerasi terpadu KONI kota Depok ditinjau berdasarkan hasil analisis data. This study aims to determine the correlation of leg length to the speed endurance (300 meter run) and the the correlation of leg power and to the speed endurance (300 meter run), as well as the correlation of leg length and leg power to the speed endurane (300 meter run) for athletes from the KONI integrated acceleration program in Depok. This research was started on 10 – 28 April 2021 at KONI Depok. The samples of this study were 26 people by a total population of 107 people who were registered as athletes of the KONI Depok integrated acceleration program. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used simple and multiple correlation method. Based on the analysis of the data, the following results were obtained: (1) there is a correlation of leg length to the results of a 300 meter run with a correlation coefficient value of 0.27 and it is included in the low correlated category, with a determination coefficient value of 7%, which means that as much as 7% of the results of the 300 run meter is influenced by leg length, (2) there is a correlation of leg power to the results of a 300 meter run with a correlation coefficient value of 0.66 and it is included in the category of strong correlation, with a coefficient of determination of 43% which means that as much as 43% of the 300 meter run is influenced by the explosive power of the leg muscles, (3) there is a correlation of leg length and leg power the speed endurance (300 meter run) with a correlation coefficient value of 0,76 and that is included in the strong correlated category with a coefficient of determination of 57% which means that 57% of the 300 meter run is influenced by leg length and leg power. The conclusion of the correlation on leg length and leg power to the speed endurance (300 meter run) in athletes from the KONI integrated acceleration program in Depok City is analyzed based on the results of data analysis.
