Abstract

ABSTRAK Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Aplikasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik pada Biro Kepala Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis pada Biro Kepala Daerah Sekretariat Provinsi DKI Jakarta, bahwa pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar menggunakan Aplikasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik sehingga dalam proses penciptaan sampai dengan proses pendistribusian atau pengiriman dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Akan tetapi berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui mengenai sulitnya proses pengiriman naskah dinas keluar dengan Aplikasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik. Adapun penyebab dari kesulitan pengiriman surat keluar yaitu kendala dalam pengembangan aplikasi dan keterbatasan kemampuan serta ketrampilan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam penggunaannya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Aplikasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan pengelolaan naskah dinas. Penggunaan Aplikasi Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik dengan optimal dan Sumber Daya yang terampil akan berdampak pada keberhasilan instansi dalam pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan tepat. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik *************8 ABSTRACT This Scientific Paper has a purpose to know about Electronic Service Manuscripts Application at the Regional Head Bureau of Regional Secretariat of DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with data collection methods through literature study, observation and interview. From the results of research conducted by the author at the Regional Head Bureau of Regional Secretariat of DKI Jakarta Province, that the management of incoming and outgoing mail uses the Electronic Service Manuscript Application so that in the process of creation to the distribution or delivery process can run effectively and efficiently. However, based on the results of the study, it is known about the difficulty of the process of sending out official documents with the Electronic Service Manuscripts Application. The causes of the difficulty of sending outgoing letters are obstacles in application development and the limited ability and skills of Human Resources (HR) in its use. The results of the analysis show that the use of the Electronic Service Manuscript Application is very influential on the success of the official document management. Optimal use of the Electronic Service Manuscript Application and skilled resources will have an impact on the success of the agency in making decisions quickly and accurately.
