Abstract

Penulisan Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik yang terdapat pada Pusat Kajian Akuntabilitas Keuangan Negara DPR RI. Setelah melakukan kegiatan penelitian, ternyata lingkungan kerja fisik sangat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya, maka hal tersebut dijadikan sebagai latar belakang dari penulisan Karya Ilmiah ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan observasi dan studi pustaka. Ternyata adanya 2 (dua) masalah yang berhubungan dengan kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik, yaitu kebisingan di dalam ruang kantor yang disebabkan oleh karyawan dan penataan terhadap peralatan serta perlengkapan kantor yang tidak tersusun secara baik. Writing this scientific paper aims to be able to find out the conditions of the physical work environment contained in the State Financial Accountability Study Center of the DPR RI. After conducting research activities, it turns out that the physical work environment greatly influences the performance of employees in completing their work, so this is used as the background for the writing of this Scientific Paper. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data through observation and literature study. There are 2 (two) problems related to the conditions of the physical work environment, namely noise caused by employees and the arrangement of equipment and equipment that is not properly structured.
