Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai ekspektasi dari lembaga pendidikan terhadap kompetensi guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ dan mengetahui apa saja kekurangan dan kelebihan dari guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ dengan guru agama islam lulusan universitas lain di lembaga pendidikan tersebut.Dengan studi kasus di SDN 03 Tanjung Barat,SDN 07 Tanjung Barat,dan SDN Menteng Atas 14, di mana tempat itu dipilih karena memiliki guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus (case study) yang mendeskripsikan mengenai kebutuhan lembaga pendidikan terhadap guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ, lalu mengetahui aspek-aspek yang telah dipenuhi oleh guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ, dan mengetahui persentase dari aspek yang telah dipenuhi oleh guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ.Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara,angket, dan observasi.Lokasi penelitian yaitu SDN 03 Tanjung Barat, SDN 07 Tanjung Barat,dan SDN Menteng Atas 14,waktu penelitian pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2021.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kompetensi guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa setiap lembaga pendidikan memiliki aspek-aspek yang dibutuhkan yang berkaitan dengan empat kompetensi guru, lalu guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ telah memenuhi hampir seluruh aspek yang dibutuhkan lembaga pendidikan, dan presentasi dari aspek yang dipenuhi oleh guru lulusan Prodi PAI UNJ adalah pada persentase sangat baik dan baik. This study aims to find out about the expectations of educational institutions to the competence of teachers who graduate from PAI UNJ Program and know what are the shortcomings and advantages of teachers who graduate from PAI UNJ Program with Islamic teachers who graduate from other universities in the institution. With case studies at SDN 03 Tanjung Barat, SDN 07 Tanjung Barat, and SDN Menteng Atas 14, the place was chosen because it has teachers who graduate from PAI UNJ Program. This research uses qualitative research using case study approach that describes the needs of educational institutions to teachers who graduate from PAI UNJ Program, then know the aspects that have been fulfilled by teachers who graduated from PAI UNJ Program, and know the percentage of aspects that have been fulfilled by teachers who graduated from PAI UNJ Program. The data source is obtained from interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The research locations are SDN 03 Tanjung Barat, SDN 07 Tanjung Barat, and SDN Menteng Atas 14, the research time in February to March 2021.The theory used in this research is the theory of teacher competence. The results of this study show that each educational institution has the necessary aspects related to the four competencies of teachers, then the teachers who graduate from PAI UNJ Program have fulfilled almost all aspects needed by the educational institution, and the presentation of the aspects fulfilled by the graduate teachers of PAI UNJ Program is at a very good and good percentage.
