Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui implementasi penanaman karakter disiplin pada mata pelajaran PPKn kelas X dalam pembelajaran daring di SMAN 45. (2) mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi guru PPKn kelas X SMAN 45 dalam mengimplementasikan penanaman karakter disiplin pada pembelajaran daring dan cara mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta analisis dokumen dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi pengamat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah tenik analisis data model interaktif, yakni melalui langkah reduksi data, sajian data, dan menarik simpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga indikator yang memuat nilai disiplin dalam RPP, meliputi: (1) perencanaan pengelolaan kelas, (2) pengorganisasian kegiatan pembelajaran, (3) penilaian. Kedisiplinan peserta didik memasuki kategori sangat disiplin, dengan aspek disiplin waktu memasuki kelas mencapai 84%, disiplin waktu mengumpulkan tugas dengan tepat waktu mencapai 77%, dan disiplin berpakaian mencapai 100%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Guru PPKn Kelas X SMAN 45 mengimplementasikan penanaman karakter disiplin dalam pembelajaran melalui tahap perencanaan pendidikan karakter dengan menyusun RPP; pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui teladan guru serta melalui teguran, peringatan, dan nasihat terhadap peserta didik; evaluasi pendidikan karakter dengan menilai karakter peserta didik melalui angket, kuesioner, studi kasus, portofolio, dan hasil pengamatan pada proses evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Tantangan yang dihadapi Guru PPKn Kelas X SMAN 45 dalam mengimplementasikan penanaman katrakter disiplin disebabkan oleh faktor jarak yang memisahkan pendidik dan peserta didik, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor keaktifan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. ******** This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of discipline character internalisation in grade 10 Pancasila and Civic Education subjects in online learning at SMAN 45. (2) find out the challenges faced by Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in grade 10 SMAN 45 in implementing discipline character internalisation in online learning and how to overcome them. This type of research is a descriptive analysis study with qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documents analysis and documentation. To examine the validity of the data used data triangulation and observer triangulation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique, through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The result of the research indicates that there are three indicators that contain the value of discipline in lesson plan, including: (1) classroom management planning, (2) organizing learning activities, (3) evaluation. The discipline of students grade 10 SMAN 45 is counted as very disciplined category, with the discipline aspect of entering class reached 84%, time discipline in doing the assignments on time reached 77%, and clothing discipline reached 100%. The conclusions of this research are (1) the Pancasila and Civic Education teacher of grade 10 SMAN 45 implements the discipline character internalisation in online learning process through the planning of character education by compiling lesson plans; implementation of character education through teacher exemplary also through reprimands, warnings, and advice to students; evaluation of character education by assessing the character of students through questionnaires, case studies, portfolios, and observations in the learning process. (2) The challenges faced by Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in grade 10 SMAN 45 in implementing the discipline character internalisation are caused by the distance factor that separates educators and students, economic factors, and factor of students activity in the learning process.
