Abstract

Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan efektivitas aplikasi mOk pada Departemen HCSR di PT Kalimantan Prima Persada. Metode yang digunakan dalam Karya Ilmiah ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui berbagai data melalui tinjauan studi kepustakaan dan observasi. Dari hasil pengamatan peneliti, diketahui bahwa PT Kalimantan Prima Persada mengalami permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan e-office mOk yang tidak efektif. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya kesadaran pegawai. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti memberikan solusi berupa perusahaan memberikan sanksi represif dalam bentuk pemotongan gaji serta sosialisasi e-office. This scientific work aims to provide a solution to the problem of the effectiveness of the mOk application at the HCSR Department at PT Kalimantan Prima Persada. The method used in this scientific paper is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through various data through literature review and observation. From the observations of researchers, it is known that PT Kalimantan Prima Persada is experiencing problems related to the ineffective use of e-office mOk. This is due to a lack of employee awareness. In overcoming these problems, researchers provide solutions in the form of companies providing repressive sanctions in the form of salary cuts and giving socialization about e-office.
