Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan dengan tembakan penalti pada atlet polo air putri DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survey yang dimodifikasi dalam bentuk Google Form yaitu pada variable kepercayaan diri dan pada variable kecemasan. Pada variable tembakan penalti diberikan tes berupa tembakan penalty yang dilakukan di Kolam Renang Gelora Bung Karno dengan lima kali kesempatan menembak. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah total sampling yang berjumlah 30 orang yang berasal dari atlet polo air putri DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, terdapat hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan tembakan penalti dengan persamaan garis regresi linier Y = -5,376 + 0,448X_1, koefisien korelasi (r_(X_1 Y)) = 0,412, koefisien determinasi (r_(X_1 Y))² = 0,169, yang berarti variable kepercayaan diri memberikan kontribusi 16,9% terhadap tembakan penalti. Kedua, terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dengan tembakan penalti dengan persamaan garis regresi linier Y = -0,486 + 0,330 X_2, koefisien korelasi (r_(X_2 Y))= 0,551, koefisien determinasi (r_(X_2 Y))² = 0,303, yang berarti variable kecemasan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 30,3% terhadap tembakan penalti. Ketiga, tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan dengantembakan penalti pada atlet polo air putri DKI Jakarta dengan persamaan garis regresi linier Y = -0,011 + 0,011X_1 + 0,313X_2, koefisien korelasi ganda (R_(x_1 x_2 y)) = 0,194, dan koefisien determinasi (R_(x_1 x_2 y))² = 0,037, yang berarti kepercayaan diri dan kecemasan hanya berkontribusi 3,7% dengan tembakan penalti. This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between self-confidence and anxiety about penalty shots in women's water polo athletes in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with a modified survey technique in the form of a Google Form, namely the self-confidence variable and the anxiety variable. In the penalty shot variable, test was given in the form of a penalty shot taken at the Gelora Bung Karno Swimming Pool with five shooting opportunities. The sample used in this study was a total sampling of 30 people who came from women's water polo athletes in DKI Jakarta. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study uses regression and correlation analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate, first, that there is a correlation between self-confidence with penalty shots and the linear regression line equation Y = -5,376 + 0,448X_1, correlation coefficient (r_(X_1 Y)) = 0,412, coefficient of determination (r_(X_1 Y))² = 0,169, which means the confidence variable contributes 16.9% to the penalty shot. Second, there is a correlation between anxiety with penalty shots with linear regression line equation Y = -0,486 + 0,330 X_2, correlation coefficient (r_(X_2 Y))= 0,551, coefficient of determination (r_(X_2 Y))² = 0,303, which means anxiety variable contributed 30.3% to the penalty shot. Third, there is no correlation between self-confidence and anxiety about penalty shots for women's water polo athletes in DKI Jakarta with the linear regression line equation Y = -0,011 + 0,011X_1 + 0,313X_2, multiple correlation coefficient (R_(x_1 x_2 y)) = 0,194 , and the coefficient of determination (R_(x_1 x_2 y))² = 0,037, which means that confidence and anxiety only contribute 3.7% to the penalty shot.
