Abstract

Keputihan merupakan cairan yang keluar dari vagina tetapi bukan termasuk darah. Angka kasus dari keputihan di Indonesia masih terbilang tinggi, hal tersebut bisa disebabkan karena kurang sadarnya sikap dari diri sendiri untuk membersihkan organ reproduksinya. Sikap dapat berubah seiring dengan pengetahuan yang bertambah. Pengetahuan termasuk ke dalam komponen sikap, bila pengetahuan mengalami perubahan, maka sikap pun akan demikian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang keputihan dengan sikap kebersihan diri pada siswi sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 54 dan 59 Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 91 siswi kelas XII MIPA yang terpilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengetahuan tentang keputihan dengan sikap kebersihan diri pada siswi SMA dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 74,5%, yang berarti bahwa variabel pengetahuan keputihan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 74,5% terhadap sikap kebersihan diri. ********** Vaginal discharge is a discharge that comes out of the vagina but does not include blood. The number of cases of vaginal discharge in Indonesia is still relatively high, this can be caused by a lack of awareness of a personal hygiene in clean up their reproductive organs. The increasing knowledge will change the attitudes of an individual. Knowledge is included in the attitude component, which is when knowledge change, attitudes will change as well. This study aims to determine the correlation of knowledge about vaginal discharge with personal hygiene attitudes in high school students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 54 and 59 Jakarta in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year by involving a sample of 91 female students of class XII MIPA who were selected through simple random sampling technique. The method used was descriptive with correlational studies. Based on the research results obtained that there was a positive relationship between knowledge about vaginal discharge with personal hygiene attitudes in high school students, with a contributive value of 74,5%, which meansthat the knowledge about vaginal discharge variables contributed 74,5% to personal hygiene attitudes.
