Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini didasari adanya perbedaan sikap mahasiswa dalam mempertahankan berat badan ideal (Y) dan tingkat pengetahuan gizi (X) pada mahasiswa tata rias (UNJ) angkatan 2017. Untuk menjawab bagaimana hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi kecantikan dengan sikap mempertahankan berat badan ideal pada mahasiswa Tata Rias UNJ angkatan 2017 dilakukan penelitian pada Maret 2021. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Digunakan kuesioner tertutup berbentuk Google from yang disebar melalui aplikasi WA atau email pada 35 mahasiswa Tata Rias UNJ angkatan 2017 untuk pengambilan data. Hasil uji validasi menggunakan product moment didapat untuk varibel Y diajukan 23 butir soal dan variabel X 30 butir soal. Hasil uji reabilitas dengan rumus Alpha didapatkan nilai r variabel Y= 0,935 (Sangat tinggi) dan variabel X = 0,959 (Sangat tinggi). Hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment diperoleh rhitung (rxy) = 0,725 sehingga terdapat hubungan yang erat antara variabel X dan Y (nilai r berada antara 0,6 dan 0,8). Persamaan korelasi regresi antara kedua variabel adalah Ŷ= 16,49 + 2,687X. Hipotesis dengan Uji-t, didapat thitung = 6,043 dan ttabel = 1,70 maka thitung > ttabel yakni 6,043 > 1,70, kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Perhitungan KD menunjukkan pengetahuan gizi kecantikan pada mahasiswa Tata Rias Angkatan 2017 memiliki pengaruh dengan sikap mempertahankan berat badan seimbangnya sebesar 52,53%, sedangkan 47,47% ditentukan oleh faktor lain tidak dihitung pada penelitian ini. Pengetahuan gizi kecantikan pada mahasiswa Tata Rias (UNJ) Angkatan 2017 memberikan kontribusi berupa hubungan positif terhadap sikap mempertahankan berat badan seimbang, sehingga meningkatnya pengetahuan gizi kecantikan sangat mendukung keberhasilan mempertahankan berat badan seimbang. *ABSTRACT* This study is based on differences in student attitudes in maintaining ideal body weight (Y) and nutritional knowledge level (X) in cosmetology students (UNJ) class 2017. The 2017 UNJ class was conducted research in March 2021. The research method is quantitative with a correlational approach. A closed questionnaire in the form of Google from was used which was distributed via the WA application or email to 35 UNJ Cosmetology students batch 2017 for data collection. The results of the validation test using the product moment were obtained for the Y variable, 23 questions were proposed and the X variable was 30 questions. The results of the reliability test with the Alpha formula obtained the r value of the Y variable = 0.935 (Very high) and the X variable = 0.959 (Very high). The results of the calculation of the product moment correlation obtained rcount (rxy) = 0.725 so that there is a close relationship between the variables X and Y (the value of r is between 0.6 and 0.8). The regression correlation equation between the two variables is = 16.49 + 2.687X. Hypothesis with t-test, obtained tcount = 6.043 and ttable = 1.70 then tcount > ttable ie 6.043 > 1.70, the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. KD calculation shows knowledge of beauty nutrition in students of Cosmetology Class of 2017 has an influence with the attitude of maintaining a balanced body weight of 52.53%, while 47.47% is determined by other factors not calculated in this study. Knowledge of beauty nutrition in Make-up (UNJ) 2017 students contributes in the form of a positive relationship to the attitude of maintaining a balanced body weight, so that increasing knowledge of beauty nutrition strongly supports the success of maintaining a balanced weight.
