Abstract

Didong merupakan kesenian pada tradisi lisan masyarakat Gayo yang masih ada hingga saat ini. Salah satu sanggar yang masih aktif di Jakarta, sebagai wadah masyarakat perantauan di Jabodetabek adalah sanggar Pegayon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui srtuktur pertunjukan dan kearifan lokal dengan konsep Robert Sibarani pada teks syair Didong yang dibawakan sanggar Pegayon. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, terutama menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dilakukan wawancara yang mendalam untuk mengetahui kearifan lokal dan asal usul sejarah yang terkandung pada kesenian Didong ini. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan struktur pada saat sebelum pertunjukan, berlangsungnya pertunjukan, dan sesudah pertunjukan. Dari struktur tersebut ditemukan data hanya pada saat pertunjukan. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan teori kearifan lokal Robert Sibarani. Hasil analisis terhadap struktur dan kearifan lokal yang terdapat pada pertunjukan Didong, peneliti menemukan hasil kearifan lokal yang didapat lebih cenderung kepada asal-usul sejarah, kehidupan sosial masyarakat setempat dan pemertahanan sebuah pertunjukan tradisi. Kata Kunci: Tradisi Lisan, Didong, Gayo, Kearifan Lokal *********** Didong is an art in the oral tradition of the Gayo community that still exists today. One of the studios that is still active in Jakarta, as a forum for overseas communities in Jabodetabek, is the Pegayon studio. This study aims to determine the structure of the performance and local wisdom with the concept of Robert Sibarani in the text of Didong poetry performed by the Pegayon studio. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method, mainly using observation data collection techniques and conducting in-depth interviews to find out local wisdom and historical origins contained in this Didong art. Based on the analysis found the structure at the time before the show, during the show, and after the show. From the structure found data only at the time of the show. Then the data was analyzed using Robert Sibarani's theory of local wisdom. The results of the analysis of the structure and local wisdom contained in the Didong performance, the researchers found that the results of local wisdom obtained were more inclined to historical origins, the social life of the local community and the maintenance of a traditional performance.
