Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pola Asuh Orangtua dan Teman Sebaya Terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa SMK di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas 12 SMK Jurusan Akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau penelitian adalah 185 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 126 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif statistik, persamaan regresi berganda, uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis dan uji determinasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan data yang digunakan berdistribusi normal dan linier. Pada hasil uji koefesien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa persentase variabel pola asuh orangtua dan teman sebaya untuk menjelaskan variabel disiplin belajar secara simultan sebesar 33,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara simultan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola asuh orangtua dan teman sebaya terhadap disiplin belajar. Secara parsial, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orangtua terhadap disiplin belajar, juga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara teman sebaya terhadap disiplin belajar. Kata kunci: Pola Asuh Orangtua, Teman Sebaya, Disiplin Belajar The study aims to determine the infulence of parenting style and peers to the learning dicipline of vocational schools in East Jakarta. This research was conducted on the twelfth graders of SMK majoring in Accounting. The method used is a quantitative method. The population covered by the study was 185 students. The sample used was 126 students using proportional random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are statistical descriptive analysis, multiple regression equations, analysis requirements test, hypothesis testing and determination test. The results of data analysis showed that the data used were normally distributed and linear. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that the percentage of parenting style variables of parents and peers to explain the variables of learning discipline simultaneously was 33.9% while the rest was influenced by other factors not examined. Simultaneously, the results showed a significant influence between patterns foster parents and peers on the discipline of learning. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between parenting style on learning discipline, there is also a positive and significant influence between peers on learning discipline.
