Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara intensitas menonton 86 NET TV dengan kesadaran hukum siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 29 Jakarta Tahun ajaran 2020/2021, sejumlah 340 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan proportional random sampling sejumlah 77 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel X atau intensitas menonton 86 NET TV dan variabel Y atau kesadaran hukum siswa menggunakan angket melalui google formulir. Uji prasyarat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji homogenitas. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan: terdapat hubungan anatara intensitas menonton 86 NET TV dengan kesadaran hukum siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 29 Jakarta Tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Terbukti dengan hasil rhitung = 0,554 > rtabel = 0,221 maka Ho ditolak berarti ada hubungan positif. Sedangkan harga thitung = 5,764 dan pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk=n-2 diperoleh 1,992, karena thitung > ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan, antara intensitas menonton 86 NET TV dengan kesadaran hukum siswa terdapat sebuah hubungan. Besarnya kontribusi variabel intensitas menonton 86 NET TV terhadap kesadaran hukum siswa adalah 30,7% dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan anatara intensitas menonton 86 NET TV dengan kesadaran hukum siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 29 Jakarta Tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Kata kunci :intensitas menonton, kesadaran hukum siswa The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the intensity of watching 86 NET TV with students' legal awareness. This study uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The population is all students of class X SMK Negeri 29 Jakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 340 students. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling of 77 students. The data collection technique for variable X or the intensity of watching 86 NET TV and variable Y or students' legal awareness is using a questionnaire via google forms. The analysis prerequisite test in this study used the normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Based on the hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded: there is a relationship between the intensity of watching 86 NET TV and the legal awareness of class X students of SMK Negeri 29 Jakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year. It is proven by the results of rcount = 0.554 > rtable = 0.221 then Ho is rejected, which means there is a positive relationship. While the price tcount = 5.764 and at a significance level of 5% with dk = n-2 obtained 1.992, because tcount > ttable then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the intensity of watching 86 NET TV and students' legal awareness. The contribution of the variable intensity of watching 86 NET TV on students' legal awareness is 30.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the information above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of watching 86 NET TV and the legal awareness of class X students of SMK Negeri 29 Jakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year.
