Abstract

Jumlah wirausahawan baru, perlu terus ditingkatkan untuk membantu mengatasi peningkatan pengangguran dan membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian bangsa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan dimediasi sikap berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Jakarta dan Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survei, dan analisis jalur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 412 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa, (2) lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa, (3) ekspektasi pendapatan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa, (4) sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, (5) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, (6) lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, (7) ekspektasi pendapatan berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, (8) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa, (9) lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa, dan (10) ekspektasi pendapatan berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kebaruan penelitian adalah sebuah judul dan topik yang belum pernah diteliti sebelumnya, terutama dengan responden mahasiswa Jakarta dan Serang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan akhirnya dapat membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian negara. Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, ekspektasi pendapatan, sikap berwirausaha, dan intensi berwirausaha. ********** The number of new entrepreneurs, needs to be continuously increased to help overcome the increase in unemployment and help boost the nation's economic growth. The research aims to prove and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial education, family environment, and income expectations on entrepreneurial intentions by mediating entrepreneurial attitudes in Jakarta and Serang students. This study uses quantitative approach, survey method, and path analysis with a sample number of 412 students. The results showed that (1) entrepreneurship education directly positively and significantly affects the entrepreneurial attitude of students, (2) the family environment has no effect on the entrepreneurial attitude of students, (3) income expectations directly positively and significantly affect the entrepreneurial attitude of students, (4) student entrepreneurial attitudes directly positively and significantly affect the entrepreneurial intentions of students, (5) entrepreneurial education directly positively and significantly affects the entrepreneurial intentions of students, (6) the family environment has no effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of students, (7) income expectations directly positively and significantly affect the entrepreneurial intentions of students, (8) entrepreneurial education has an indirect positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes of students , (9) the family environment has no effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions through student entrepreneurship, and (10) income expectations have an indirect positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions through student entrepreneurship. The novelty of research is a title and topic that has never been studied before, especially with jakarta and serang student respondents. The implication of this research is to increase the entrepreneurial intentions of students, so that students are able to create new jobs and ultimately can help boost the country's economic growth.
