Abstract

Celvin Alif Septyan, Penanaman Nilai Toleransi Antar Umat Beragama Di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera. Skripsi. Jakarta : Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) program penanaman nilai toleransi antar umat beragama pada karyawan dan anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera, 2) penanaman nilai toleransi antar umat beragama di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juni. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan informan dan key informan. Wawancara dengan 6 (enam) informan yaitu karyawan dan anak asuh yang ada di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera dan 2 (dua) orang key informan yaitu pimpinan panti asuhan dan sekretariat. Serta melakukan proses konfirmasi kepada seorang ahli yaitu dosen Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program-program yang dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi antar umat beragama dibagi menjadi dua yaitu program untuk karyawan dan anak asuh yang tetap menjunjung tinggi toleransi antar umat beragama seperti saling menghargai, menghormati, menerima, dan memberikan kebebasan. Program untuk karyawan antara lain ikut menghargai hari besar keagamaan dengan makan bersama, rekreasi bersama dengan mengunjungi makam-makam tokoh agama dan juga masjid, pesantren kilat, buka bersama pada saat bulan ramadhan serta ceramah dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan program untuk anak asuh yaitu bimbingan belajar, doa bersama setiap kamis malam, buka bersama pada saat puasa ramadhan serta ceramah, perlombaan, rekreasi, makan bersama, dan ikut menghargai hari besar keagamaan dengan makan bersama. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari para karyawan dan anak asuh saling menghargai dan menghormati dalam hal perbedaan agama, saling membantu, dan juga saling menerima satu sama lain. Maka dari itu di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera tidak pernah terjadi konflik terutama dalam hal perbedaan agama. Dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program-program yang dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Desa Putera terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu karyawan dan anak asuh dan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari para karyawan dan anak asuh saling menghargai dan menghormati satu sama lain demi terciptanya kerukunan dan kedamaian. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the program for inculcating the value of inter-religious tolerance in employees and foster children at the Putera Village Orphanage, 2) inculcating values tolerance between religious communities at the Putera Village Orphanage. This research is a qualitative research. This research started from April to June. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation, and interviews with informants and key informants. Interviews with 6 (six) informants, namely employees and foster children at the Putera Village Orphanage and 2 (two) key informants, namely the orphanage leader and the secretariat. As well as conducting a confirmation process to an expert, namely a lecturer in Pancasila and Citizenship Education at the Jakarta State University. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study indicate that the programs implemented at the Putera Village Orphanage in instilling the value of tolerance between religious communities are divided into two, namely programs for employees and foster children who still uphold tolerance between religious communities such as mutual respect, respect, acceptance, and respect. give freedom. Programs for employees include appreciating religious holidays by eating together, recreation together by visiting the graves of religious leaders as well as mosques, Islamic boarding schools, breaking fast together during the month of Ramadan as well as lectures and so on. While the programs for foster children are tutoring, praying together every Thursday night, breaking fast together during Ramadan fasting as well as lectures, competitions, recreation, eating together, and participating in appreciating religious holidays by eating together. In daily life, employees and foster children respect and respect each other in terms of religious differences, help each other, and also accept each other. Therefore, at the Putera Village Orphanage there has never been a conflict, especially in terms of religious differences. This study concludes that the programs implemented at the Putera Village Orphanage are divided into two, namely employees and foster children and in everyday life the employees and foster children respect and respect each other for the sake of creating harmony and peace.
