Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan Google Classroom terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode quasi-experiment dengan posttest-only control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang diterapkan ialah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis pada materi perbandingan trigonometri yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan uji-t didapatkan nilai t_hitung sebesar 5,074 dan t_tabel sebesa¬¬¬r 1,995 sehingga tolak H_0 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan nilai Cohen’s effect size sebesar 1,213 yang termasuk dalam kategori besar dengan persentase 88%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan Google Classroom terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. This study aimed at examining the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Google Classroom on students’ mathematical problem-solving ability. This study applied quasi-experimental method using posttest-only control group design. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and simple random sampling. The research instrument applied a mathematical problem-solving ability test in trigonometric ratios which had been tested for validity and reliability. Based on analysis data result with t-test, it was obtained that t count value was 5.074 and t table was 1.995 so that H_0 being rejected at the significance level α = 0.05 with Cohen’s effect size value was 1.213 which was included in the large category with a percentage of 88%. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of PBL model assisted by Google Classroom on students’ mathematical problem-solving ability.
