Abstract

Karya Ilmiah ditulis bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan prosedur pengelolaan arsip digital pada Bagian Kesekretariatan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penulisan yang dipakai dalam Karya Ilmiah ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengelolaan arsip digital, menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pengguna aplikasi Arsip digital (Arsip Surat Masuk Dishub) yang belum menyeluruh, kurangnya sosialisasi dan kurangnya fasilitas perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan sedikitnya pengguna aplikasi arsip digital. Untuk itu perlu adanya perubahan sistem pengelolaan kearsipan secara menyeluruh agar adanya keseragaman sistem pengelolaan kearsipan. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Arsip, Arsip Digital/Elektronik The written scientific paper aims to analyze and explain the procedures for managing digital archives in the Secretarial Section of the Karawang Regency Transportation Service. The writing method used in this scientific work is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the results of research on the management of digital archives, it shows that the problems that occur are the users of the digital archive application (Dishub Entry Mail Archive) which are not yet comprehensive, the lack of socialization and the lack of facilities for developing technology causes the lack of digital archive application users. For this reason, it is necessary to change the overall archiving management system so that there is a uniformity in the archiving management system.
