Syafira Aulia Nur Syahrudin, KARAKTERISTIK PEMILIHAN PUSAT PERBELANJAAN DI JALAN RAYA MARGONDA PADA USIA PRODUKTIF RW 05 KELURAHAN TANAH BARU KOTA DEPOK. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penduduk usia produktif dari rentang usia 15-64 tahun di RW 05 Kelurahan Tanah Baru dalam memilih pusat perbelanjaan di Jalan Raya Margonda dikarenakan adanya karakteristik-karakteristik yang tersedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk usia produktif di usia 15-64 tahun di Kelurahan Tanah Baru RW 05. Sampel diambil sebesar100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia produktif, pendidikan formal, dan status pekerjaan mempengaruhi penduduk usia produktif RW 05 Kelurahan Tanah Baru dalam memilih pusat perbelanjaan di Jalan Raya Margonda. Pusat perbelanjaan Margo City menjadi pusat perbelanjaan favorit atau paling banyak diminati untuk membeli produk fashion, menentukan tempat makan dan hanya sekedar jalan-jalan tanpa niat membeli pada penduduk usia produktif di RW 05 Keluraharan Tanah Baru, hal ini dikarenakan Margo City memiliki fasilitas yang lengkap, seperti banyaknya store produk fashionyang menawarkan harga diskon pada event-event yang diselenggarakan dan memiliki area yang luas. This study aims to determine the productive age population from the age range of 15- 64 years in RW 05 Tanah Baru Village in choosing a shopping center on Jalan Raya Margonda due to the available characteristics. This study uses a descriptive method with a survey approach. The population in this study was the productive age population aged 15-64 years in Tanah Baru Village, RW 05. The sample was 100 respondents. The results showed that productive age, formal education, and employment status affected the productive age population of RW 05 Tanah Baru Village in choosing a shopping center on Jalan Raya Margonda. The Margo City shopping center has become a favorite or most popular shopping center for buying fashion products, determining where to eat and just walking around without the intention of buying the productive age population at RW 05 Keluraharan Tanah Baru, this is because Margo City has complete facilities, such as the many fashion product stores that offer discount prices at events that are held and have a large area Keywords : characteristics, productive age society, shooping center
