Abstract

ANALISIS DAYA TARIK WISATA PENGUNJUNG D’KANDANG AMAZING FARM AHMAD ZULFIKRI ARIF ABSTRAK Objek wisata D’kandang Amazing Farm merupakan objek wisata yang mengarah kepada wisata edukasi dan wisata kreasi, dengan lokasi yang berada di Pasar Putih, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat akhirnya memberikan daya tarik wisata baru untuk warga depok dan sekitarnya. Dengan menghadirkan konsep wisata edukasi yang lebih membahas tentang perternakan dan pertanian di tengah-tengah perkotaan, akhirnya menjadikan sebuah ciri khas tersendiri untuk menjadikan minat daya tarik pengunjung. Bentuk upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan adanya daya tarik wisata yang mengacu kepada empat komponen yaitu atraksi atau daya tarik, aksesibilitas, amenitas atau fasiltas, dan jasa pendukung pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai daya tarik wisata bagi pengunjung D’kandang Amazing Farm. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai daya tarik objek wisata yang ditujukan kepada pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dirancang melalui observasi langsung ke tempat penelitian, teknik wawancara data berupa wawancara terhadap pengunjung, serta dokumentasi untuk melengkapi bukti penelitian. Temuan yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana daya tarik wisata D’kandang Amazing Farm menurut pengunjung. Selain itu, dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui kelebihan wisata D’kandang Amazing Farm yaitu dengan mengutamakan wisata edukasi pertanian dan peternakan di tengah-tenagh perkotaan yang menjadikannya mempunyai daya tarik tersendiri untuk dikunjungi, sedangkan kekurangannya adalah untuk beberapa spot dan fasilitas D’kandang Amazing Farm masih harus ada yang ditingakatkan lagi salah satunya adalah musholah yang terlalu kecil untuk menampung ramainya orang yang ingin beribadah. Kata Kunci: Daya Tarik Wisata, Wisatawan atau Pengunjung, D’kandang Amazing Farm ANALYSIS OF TOURIST ATTRACTION D’KANDANG AMAZING FARM AHMAD ZULFIKRI ARIF ABSTRACT The D'kandang Amazing Farm tourist attraction is a tourist attraction that leads to educational tourism and creative tourism, with a location in Pasar Putih, Sawangan District, Depok City, West Java, finally providing a new tourist attraction for residents of Depok and its surroundings. By presenting the concept of educational tourism which discusses more about livestock and agriculture in the midst of urban areas, finally making it a distinctive feature to attract visitors. The form of efforts made is the existence of a tourist attraction that refers to four components, namely attractions or attractions, accessibility, amenities or facilities, and tourism support services. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the tourist attraction for visitors to D'kandang Amazing Farm. The theory used in this study is about the attractiveness of tourist objects aimed at visitors. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method designed through direct observation to the research site, data interview techniques in the form of interviews with visitors, and documentation to complete the research evidence. The findings found in this study are how the tourist attraction of D'kandang Amazing Farm according to visitors. In addition, from this study, it can be seen that the advantages of D'kandang Amazing Farm tourism are by prioritizing agricultural and livestock education tours in the middle of urban areas which make it have its own charm to visit, while the drawbacks are for some spots and facilities of D'kandang Amazing Farm. there is still something that needs to be improved, one of which is the prayer room which is too small to accommodate the crowds of people who want to worship.
