Abstract

PENGARUH CORE STRENGTH TRAINING TERHADAP BODY BALANCE DAN PRESNTASE LEMAK TUBUH PADA PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA GONDRONG EVOLUTION JUNIOR ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh core strength training terhadap body balance pada pemain sepak bola Gondrong Evolution Junior. (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh core strength training terhadap persentase lemak tubuh pemain sepak bola Gondrong Evolution Junior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group “Pre-Test dan Post-Test Design dengan pengertian eksperimen yang menggunakan satu kelompok sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemian Gondorng Evolution Junior yang berjumlah 20 pemain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sempel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan (1) Ada pengaruh core strength training terhadap body balanace pada pemain Gondrong Evolution Junior dengan nilai thitung (10.563) < ttabel (df:9) (2.093) untuk bagian kiri dan bagian kanan dengan nilai thitung (8.574) < ttabel (df:9) (2.093). (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh core strength training terhadap peresntase lemak tubuh pada pemian Gondrong Evolution Junior, dengan nilai thitung (1.330) < ttabel (df:9) (2.093). Kata Kunci: Core Strengh Training, Body Balance, Presentase lemak tubuh, Sepakbola. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Is there an effect of core strength training on body balance in Gondrong Evolution Junior soccer players. (2) Is there any effect of core strength training on body fat percentage of Gondrong Evolution Junior soccer players. This study uses an experimental method with the design of One Group "Pre- Test and Post-Test Design with the notion of experimentation using one sample group. The population in this study was the Gondorng Evolution Junior players, which consisted of 20 players. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, by making the entire population the research sample. Based on the results of the t-test in this study, it can be concluded (1) There is an effect of core strength training on body balance in Gondrong Evolution Junior players with a value of tcount (10.563) < ttable (df: 9) (2.093) for the left and right sides with a value of tcount (8,574) < ttable (df:9) (2,093). (2) there is no effect of core strength training on body fat percentage in Gondrong Evolution Junior players, with a value of tcount (1.330) < ttable (df: 9) (2.093).
