Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan bangunan gedung sekolah menggunakan acuan penilaian tingkat kerusakan menurut Dirjen Pauddikdasmen Kemendikbud tahun 2021, serta untuk mengetahui estimasi biaya perbaikan komponen gedung dengan menggunakan metode Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP). Populasi penelitian adalah sekolah dasar negeri di Desa Samudrajaya dengan sampel bangunan gedung SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi sebagai objek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara tidak tersturktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kerusakan pada bangunan gedung SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi pada gedung 1 yaitu rusak ringan dengan komponen yang paling tinggi kerusakannya terdapat pada komponen dinding dengan sub komponen dinding batu bata/partisi sebesar 8,2% kaca, pintu, dan kusen tidak mengalami kerusakan. Sedangkan tingkat kerusakan pada gedung 2 rusakan berat dengan komponen yang paling tinggi kerusakannya terdapat pada komponen dinding sub komponen dinding batu bata/partisi sebesar 15%, kaca 90,3%, pintu 88,6%, dan kusen 96%. Hasil analisis estimasi biaya perbaikan pada komponen yang mengalami kerusakan paling tinggi berdasarkan volumen kerusakan yaitu pada gedung 1 sebesar Rp. 30.522.168,48 dan pada gedung 2 sebesar Rp 204.070.178,35, sehingga total biaya perbaikan sebesar Rp. 234.592.346,83 atau dapat dibulatkan menjadi Rp. 234.593.000. The research population is a public elementary school in Samudrajaya Village with a sample building SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi as the object of research. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, documentation, and unstructured interviews. The results showed that the level of damage the SDN Samudrajaya 04 Bekasi building in building 1 was lightly damaged with the highest component of damage found in the wall component with sub-components of brick/partition walls of 8.2% glass, doors, and frames did not experience any damage. damage. Meanwhile, the level of damage to building 2 was heavily damaged with the highest component damage found in the wall components of the sub-components of brick/partition walls by 15%, glass 90.3%, doors 88.6%, and frames 96%.
