Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinggi atau rendahnya hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kelurahan Lubang Buaya. Variabel yang diteliti adalah lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan kinerja guru sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan studi korelasional. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel lingkungan kerja dan kinerja guru menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji prasayarat yang meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh nilai signifikansi korelasi sebesar 0,006. Dimana hasil tersebut lebih kecil daripada 0,05. Sedangkan nilai korelasi (rxy) kedua variabel sebesar 0,382. Dari koefesien determinasi, lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 14,6% terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kelurahan Lubang Buaya. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru. This study aims to determine high or low there is a relationship between the work environment and the performance of elementary school teachers in Lubang Buaya, East Jakarta. The variables studied were the work environment as the independent variable (variable X) and teacher performance as the dependent variable (variable Y). The research method used is a quantitative approach and a correlational study. Collecting data for the variables of work environment and teacher performance using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is Pearson's Product Moment correlation, by first conducting a prerequisite test which includes a normality test and a linearity test. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained a correlation significance value of 0.006. Where the result is smaller than 0.05. While the correlation value (rxy) of the two variables is 0.382. From the coefficient of determination, the work environment contributes 14.6% to the teacher's performance. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the work environment and the performance of elementary school teachers in Lubang Buaya, East Jakarta. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the more conducive the work environment, the higher the teacher's performance
