Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri di wilayah 1 Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunaan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan angket yang dirancang dalam bentuk butir pernyataan dengan penilaian skala likert, kemudian di distribusikan melalui google formulir dengan melibatkan 158 sampel operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri di wilayah 1 Kota Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan memperhatikan proporsi tiap wilayah populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja yang terdapat pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kinerja operator sekolah, (2) kepuasan kerja yang terdapat pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kinerja operator sekolah, dan (3) lingkungan kerja yang terdapat pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya meningkatkan kinerja operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri di wilayah 1 Kota Jakarta Timur dapat ditingkatkan melalui lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang diperoleh operator sekolah. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of public elementary school operators in area 1 (one) of East Jakarta City. The research was conducted using a survey method with a quantitative approach and path analysis techniques. The data collection technique in this study was carried out using a questionnaire designed in the form of statement items with a Likert scale assessment, then distributed via google forms involving 158 samples of public elementary school operators in East Jakarta City. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling by taking into account the proportion of each population area. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a direct positive effect of the work environment on the performance of school operators, (2) there is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on the performance of school operators, and (3) there is a direct positive effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that efforts to improve the performance of public elementary school operators in East Jakarta can be improved through the work environment and job satisfaction obtained by school operators.
