Abstract
PERSEPSI FASILITATOR TENTANG MANAJERIAL OUTBOUND PADA VENDOR MENTARI INDONESIA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui presepsi fasilitator tentang manajerial Outbound pada vendor Mentari Indonesia. Sumber data diperoleh dari pengurus vendor Mentari Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan metode suvei teknik angket. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitator Mentari Outbound Indonesia. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian ini yaitu dengan angket yang berstruktur, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan variabel persepsi fasilitator tentang menejerial, Dari 30 Fasilitator berada pada kategori Baik berjumlah 1 fasilitator (3,3%), 14 Fasilitator (46,7%) berada pada kategori Cukup dan fasilitator yang berada pada kategori kurang berjumah 15 (50%). Jadi dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti dapat mengetahui betapa kurangnya persepsi fasilitator tentang manajerial fasilitator Outbound pada Mentari Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan, Manajerial, Fasilitator outbound FACILITATORS PERCEPTIONS ABOUT OUTBOUND MANAGERIAL IN INDONESIAN MENTARI VENDORS ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of managerial skills of the Mentari Indonesia Outbound vendor facilitator. The source of the data was obtained from the management of the Mentari Indonesia vendor. In this study, the researchers used a quantitative descriptive research method with a questionnaire technique survey method. The sample in this research is Mentari Outbound Indonesia facilitator. The instrument used to obtain this research data is a structured questionnaire, Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the facilitator's perception of managerial variables is from 30 facilitators in the Good category totaling 1 facilitator (3.3%), 14 facilitators (46.7%) in the Enough category and facilitators in the poor category. totaling 15 (50%). So from the results of this study, researchers can find out how much the facilitator's perception of managerial outbound facilitators at Mentari Indonesia is.
