Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Negeri 4 Jakarta. Penelitian berfokus pada perencanaan, pemenuhan, evaluasi pencapaian dan tindak lanjut mutu. Penelitian melalui pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori, transferbilitas, dependabilitas, dan konformabilitas. Responden (Informan) terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Kepala ISO, Wakil Bidang Kurikulum, Wakil Bidang Kesiswaan, Wakil Bidang Hubungan Industri, Wakil Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana, Ketua Tata Usaha, Ketua Komite Sekolah, dan Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Perencanaan mutu dilakukan secara mandiri dengan tetap memperhatikan peraturan, kondisi sekolah, dan harapan pelanggan; (2) Pemenuhan mutu sekolah dilakukan dengan menjadikan RENSTRA sebagai acuan dan memberdayakan seluruh sumberdaya yang ada; (3) Evaluasi pencapaian mutu dilakukan melalui pemantauan dan pengukuran terhadap kinerja dari masing-masing unit, dengan metode supervisi, tinjauan manajemen, audit internal, dan pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan, (4) Tindak lanjut dilakukan berdasarkan hasil laporan audit internal, supervisi, dan tinjauan manajemen dengan melibatkan pihak internal sebagai penindak lanjut. This research aims to describe the use of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in school-based management at SMK Negeri 4 Jakarta. The research focuses on planning, fulfillment, evaluation of achievement and quality follow-up. Research through a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research was conducted through the collected data analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The validity test is used the data credibility with triangulation of sources, methods, and theories, transferability, dependability, and conformability. Respondents (informants) consisted of the Principal, Head of ISO, Deputy for Curriculum, Deputy for Student Affairs, Deputy for Industrial Relations, Deputy for Facilities and Infrastructure, Head of Administration, Chair of School Committees, and Teachers. The results of the study show that (1) Quality planning is carried out independently by taking into account regulations, school conditions, and customer expectations; (2) Fulfillment of school quality is carried out by making RENSTRA as a reference and empowering all existing resources; (3) Evaluation of quality achievement is carried out through monitoring and measuring the performance of each unit, using methods of supervision, management review, internal audit, and measurement of customer satisfaction, (4) Follow-up is carried out based on the results of internal audit reports, supervision, and reviews management by involving internal parties as a follow-up.
