Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk (1) menghasilkan data proses hasil penerapan strategi Peer Lessons dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, (2) menghasilkan data hasil belajar dari ranah sikap yaitu percaya diri siswa setelah diterapkan strategi Peer Lessons. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya kondisi kurang baik pada sikap percaya diri siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Guna menyelesaikan masalah pembelajaran dalam kelas maka diterapkan strategi Peer Lessons dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Manfaat dari penelitian ini, diharapkan memberi gambaran dan pemahaman pada mahasiswa, guru yang ingin melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan hasil temuan di sekolah tentang menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri melalui strategi Peer Lessons dalam pembelajaran seni tari pada siswa SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas Kurt Lewin meliputi langkah perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (acting), pengamatan (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang berlangsung pada bulan Maret sampai Juli 2021 di SMAN 15 Bekasi melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan via google meet.Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas SMA, dengan jumlah siswa 36. Hasil data belajar dari ranah sikap menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri siswa dan temuan penelitian, diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan non tes skala sikap tentang percaya diri. Analisis data mengunakan statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi Peer Lessons dalam pembelajaran seni tari dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri siswa SMA kelas XI, berdasarkan penelitian peningkatan dari pra siklus ke siklus 6,6% , peningkatan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 1,7%. Disimpulkan bahwa strategi Peer Lessons dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dari 75, 90% menjadi 84,16%. Hasil penelitiaan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan data kepada mahasiswa, guru yang ingin melakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan menggunakan hasil temuan ini. Kata Kunci: Percaya diri, Strategi Peer Lessons, Pembelajaran Tari ****** This research is for (1) generating process data resulting from the implementation of the Peer Lessons strategy that can foster self-confidence, (2) generating learning outcomes data from the attitude domain, namely student confidence after the Peer Lessons strategy is applied. This research was conducted because of the unfavorable condition of students' self-confidence in learning dance. In order to solve learning problems in the classroom, the Peer Lessons strategy is applied in learning dance. The benefits of this research are expected to provide an overview and understanding to students, teachers who want to conduct research using findings in schools about growing self-confidence through Peer Lessons strategies in learning dance art for high school students in class XI. This study uses Kurt Lewin's classroom action research procedures including planning, acting, observing and reflecting. This research was conducted in two cycles that took place from March to July 2021 at SMAN 15 Bekasi through distance learning (PJJ) via google meet. The sample of this study was high school students, with a total of 36 students. students' self-confidence and research findings, obtained by data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, documentation, and non-test attitude scales about self-confidence. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of the Peer Lessons strategy in learning dance can increase the self-confidence of high school students in class XI, based on research the increase from pre-cycle to cycle I was 6.6%, the increase from cycle I to cycle II was 1.7%. It is concluded that the Peer Lessons strategy can increase self-confidence from 75, 90% to 84.16%. The results of this study are expected to provide data to students, teachers who wish to conduct further research using these findings. Keywords: Confidence, Peer Lessons Strategy, Dance Learning
