Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan destination image terhadap satisfaction, 2) Untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan destination image terhadap revisit intention, 3) Untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan perceived value terhadap satisfaction, 4) Untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan service quality terhadap satisfaction, 5) Untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan service quality terhadap revisit intention, 6) Untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan satisfaction terhadap revisit intention pada wisata bahari di Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah 250 responden yang telah berkunjung ke Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 23 dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dari software AMOS versi 23 untuk mengolah dan menganalisa data hasil penelitian. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Kata Kunci: destination image, perceived value, satisfaction, service quality, revisit intention The purposes of this research are: 1) To test the significant effect of destination image on satisfaction, 2) To test the significant effect of destination image on revisit intention, 3) To test the significant effect of perceived value on satisfaction, 4) To test the significant effect of service quality on satisfaction, 5) To test the effect significant service quality on revisit intention, 6) To test the significant effect of satisfaction on revisit intention on marine tourism in the Thousand Islands, Jakarta. Method of data collection uses survey methods with instruments in the form of questionnaires. The object of this study were 250 respondents who had visited the Thousand Islands, Jakarta. Data analysis using SPSS version 23 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from AMOS software version 23 to process and analyze data research results. The result of the hypotesistesting shosw that all hypothesis are accepted. Keywords: destination image, perceived value, satisfaction, service quality, revisit intention
